Very clean, staff were very friendly, close to the fish market.
The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. The hotel was really noisy.

Small room but good location
Amenities were nice. There is a bar outside and markets nearby. The hotel is a 10 minutes walk to the subway station. 15 minutes walk to Ginza area, 20 minutes to Shinbashi district. So we walked to many attractions. It was the only hotel we stayed in Japan that we could open the windows. Air conditioning was also nice in the room. No noise in the neighborhood even when the windows were open.
The room was the smallest we stayed in Tokyo. Bathroom and the sink shared a faucet. The bathroom got too hot too quickly. Air conditioning not sufficient when the bathroom door was closed. In the room there was only enough space to open one middle sized suitcase on the floor, we had to push the other suitcase under the bed. The bed was pushed to a side wall and there was a desk at the foot of the bed. So you have to hop over the other person to get up. But a nice stay overall, good value for money.

Exploring Tsukiji Outer market
Tsukiji outer market was just a 9 min walk from the hotel.
It was very difficult to crawl out of the double bed since I was sleeping on the inside against the wall. We normally book a room with 2-twin beds but none were available
